Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Evaluatd, the employee performance evaluation platform provided by LogicLoft, LLC for California K-12 school districts.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Evaluatd platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by LogicLoft, LLC ("Company") for use by authorized K-12 school district personnel.
Use of Service
The Service is designed for employee performance evaluation management in K-12 school districts. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
User Accounts
- Accounts are provisioned by district administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
- You must promptly notify your district administrator of any unauthorized use of your account.
Data and Content
- Evaluation data entered into the Service remains the property of the respective school district.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of content you enter.
- The Company maintains backups and security measures to protect data integrity.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of district policies.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Share confidential evaluation data with unauthorized individuals.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
